Get an order delivered a your own peril! Didn?t pack the drinks up properly as in the photo and now Ive drinks all over the floor and furniture! Caution hot stickers on cold food! To be honest it?s crap if you call in for food! Queueing out of the door regular with one member of staff serving. I?ve been Bardgetted good and proper!

Ordered a large Mocha and ended up with a a normal Cappuccino, if you cant press a button on machine to make a coffee correctly, maybe the staff should get a new job.Customer service was awful aswel. Wont be using this branch of greggs in the future

Regular customer, but disappointed with todays service.Got myself a breakfast and drink plus a box of yumyums for later on. As a picked up the box the bottom dropped out and fell on the floor.I grabbed myself another box and paid for what I had bought plus the box that I had dropped.I explained to the gentleman serving that I was going to pay for the box of yumyums I dropped - he gave me a look and made a unnecessary remark, making me feel really uncomfortable for a genuine mistake.Will definitely come back, but hope that I receive a better service next time.

Disappointing cheese pasty. Warm and not that tasty, pastry was a bit soggy too. Polite staff, good service but thought pasty would be better.
