Ordered off just eat. Manager cancelled my order because they ?under staffed? not my fault as the customer, isn?t it the managers job to hire more staff?? Cancelled a £25 order for my lunch, that will take 3-5 days to go back into my bank. I?m disabled and can not make my own lunch. Decided to call to check what was going on, she then said there was nothing she could do as they?re understaffed. She decided to hang up on me. Lovely won?t be ordering from here again. What did I expect, it?s keighley.

Problem with franchise is mostly service. By 10am bacon rolls unavailable, as we're egg. Considering cut off is 11am so not good.Franchise ownership, just doesn't cut it in this shop

brilliant place. i downloaded the greggs app and got a free sweet treat on my birthday, i didnt know how to use the app but the very kind lady who worked there showed me how. she asked me if it was my birthday that day (you have a couple weeks to collect the free sweet treat) and i told her yes so she wished me a happy birthday. its the small things that make a big difference ?
