Took a ps5 control pad to have stick drift fixed! Got pad after couple of days stick drift still there! Took it back again saying they would fix it, Took it home stick drift still there! Go somewhere else!

I handed my parents phone in Friday with software issues.its taken till Tuesday to replace the screen even though the screen was not the issue my phone won?t unlock or load any apps.they also charged me 200 for the screen change when I told them many times it wasn?t the screen I have paid 200 to be handed back a phone that dose not work do not go here to get your phone repaired.

Good shop but last time I came I don't know if he was staff or not but he was shouting at me saying I owed money even though never met him tall muscle guy one of the other staff did tell him to quieten Down it's when I was buying a phone and I had never Met the man before either and first time going having been back since can't really blame it on the other rest of staff are nice n good service this was like over a year ago

Straight up the nicest dude. Bought a game that didn't work took it back he gave me a different game of the same price plus another for free.Then I went to go get my ps5 and I wanted hogwarts legacy but he didn't have it but he did give me advice as best places to go.It's my go to game shop now

This is for the guy who works in the Bradford Game on called Steve, he was fantastic and very pleasant,We was looking to trade on an old Xbox for a new one and he was very professional as we had been in game next door and thought the was linked how ever they are not ( some signage would be a good idea to say there not linked) as game wasn?t very helpful.Will definitely always use Game on now not game or CEX.Thanks steve at Bradford branch you are a credit to the company.
