Ive got to say the staff at the keighley branch are fantastic and much better than the other supermarkets. Always helpful friendly and chatty it seems to be missing in most places lately and some good prices considering

Staff need to be at the tills when a customer is waiting. I waitged and tried looking for someone for over 10 mintues one time.Items are cheap only reason this place got 3 stars. Making your customers wait isn't a good thing.

The man service was very poor, I gave the discount code have £5.00 off, he just give me £2.00 discount off and he still hasn't given me the change. And very angry hammering his till .I said if you are angry to serve me, I don't want these things anymore you give me the money back, but he didn't want to do. and pushed me aside very rudely.
