Excellent store went there for the first time as I was in Keighley, I normally go to the one in bradford and I can tell you it?s not a visit I look forward to. Now I will look forward to going to the Keighley store it is a lovely store with soo much choice and such friendly staff! I would rather make the journey to Keighley and have a nice experience then go to the bradford one where there is no space to love your trolleys. Seriously management of Farmfoods I can?t understand why you have such a small farm foods in bradford city, you really need to look at this because I think you will be losing a lot of customers as a result of this. 5* to the Keighley store and the team keep up the good job and see you soon.

The new one is big and fully stocked. Spacious and has everything. Staff are friendly as ever.

Just been to the new farmfoods location.
Very nice.
Only downside it costs to park!
Come on farmfoods get this sorted - it will put people off.

Can't really give this place anymore than 2 stars. Honestly the tall brown haired male member of staff is horrible, the way he speaks to people is so unprofessional. Telling people to shut up, also constantly playing on his phone. This needs to stop ASAP.

Went in with my mum today. The staff were great! So friendly and warm. The lady at the till was really helpful and cheerful. Made me smile?. The gentleman was extremely helpful, went out if his way to get us a trolley so we didn?t have to carry our heavy groceries. A small gesture went a long way. Really cheered me up. So thankyou to both staff members! ?

Bought a farmfood brand brownie icecream from here, I shop here quite regular but this was the first time I bought the farmfood brand and there were two hairs in the cone. Generally the store is amazing but extremely grossed out that a brownie icecream cone could have a hair in it. Wont be buying their brand icecream again.
