I was served by Bronte at the Keighley branch. Not only did she resolve my issue of finding the correct towels, correcting me on the colour ( I selected the wrong ones) , sorting out my 10% discount promotion and patiently waiting for me to find what I wanted online she also answered several queries from colleagues seeking advice and also managed an impatient customer wanting to collect an item at the same time.
If Bronte isn't a supervisor then she should be and she clearly is very knowledgeable and competent at her job given the number of process/ policy questions she answered from colleagues , whilst serving me at the till.

I had a fantastic experience at Pausa Coffee Shop in Dunelm today! A lovely lady was serving around 3pm, and she was so attentive and friendly. Her excellent customer service really stood out ? I didn?t catch her name, but she made our visit memorable.
I ordered a hot chocolate and a cheese and pesto tomato toastie, both of which were delicious. The hot chocolate was rich and creamy, absolutely perfect for a cozy afternoon. The toastie was spot on ? toasted to perfection, with just the right balance of flavors. An added bonus was the thoughtful touch of serving it with crisps and a fresh side salad, which made the meal feel extra special.
The lady who was making the toastie even came out to greet us and apologised for a slight delay, which was such a kind and personal touch. All in all, it was a lovely visit, and the customer service and food were top-notch. Thank you to the team for such a great experience! Highly recommend this place for a warm, welcoming stop with delicious food!

The Asian guy in the glasses was so helpful went above and beyond to help me with my order it was my first time at this branch as I'm from Manchester and had ordered something that was only available in this store I didn't wait to receive a text to say my order is ready to collect I just drove down and he went all out to get me my order
