Domino's App incorrectly charged me twice- staff member rung straight away to query this and offer me a refund for one order. Pizzas were delivered in good time and super tasty! Our cookies were forgotten with our order but they we delivered for us after we had finished the pizzas. Great customer service and good quality food.

Ordered in-Store at 6.09pm and food didn't get handed to us until 6.50pm or thereabouts (Photo proof attached to this Review). Staff were too busy chatting and socialising to remember we were sat waiting.Pizza was stone cold and inedible.Customer Service from the Business itself was almost as bad.Use one of the many other Pizza places in the area rather than this bunch.

Went in and ordered a pizza in this store which should have been 20 minutes. 40 minutes later we were given it like warm.The shop wouldn't entertain the complaint which was made as I didn't order it online!!!!

Got pizza wrong, rang up and accused me of lying. Refused to bring another and then I rang a second time asking again. They said they would bring another - guess what, they brought the wrong Pizza again!! Bad management!!

Dominos let down by staff that can't follow simple customisation instructions that their systems even go to the trouble of printing in CAPITAL LETTERS. Thanks for ruining pizza night.

The pizzas are nice just seem very expensive I'd never pay full price if promotion wasn't on. It's card only in-store as well.
