“Yesterday I had a face to face consultation with Dr Barron at Silsden Health Centre. Can I emphasise that I'm not usually comfortable in these circumstances? Our meeting yesterday was very different for me, being totally relaxed right from the start. Three issues which were causing me considerable concern were resolved easily. Dr. Barron listened carefully to what I had to say and all my questions were answered.This is no reflection on my previous visits to the health centre which have mostly been good, but yesterday was an exceptionally good experience from beginning to end. “We were particularly impressed by the way we were advised of, and included in the COVID 19 Vaccination Programme, from the initial contact and appointment by telephone, and the follow up letter recently. We are both in our 70’s and were keen to be given the vaccination. The arrangements at the Centre were excellent. Thank you to the volunteers who helped us park and the staff who processed us through reception and especially the people who administered the vaccination. Most pain free we have ever had.
