I've just come back from purchasing 30sqm of carpet, and I must say this store is excellent.I was assisted by Chris, who was friendly, polite and knew all of the store's ranges inside out. He actually convinced me to pick out a different carpet and underlay than what I had originally wanted, and this was due to a greater "thermal efficiency" - something I'd never even considered when purchasing carpet. So I'll be saving money over time, which is amazing, for very little extra expense.I had planned to tackle a few more rooms over the next year or so, but my experience with Chris and DWF has made want to start those projects now, especially since he introduced me to their range of Evo-Core flooring, which looks incredible, is easy to install and hard-wearing. That will definitely be going down in my bathroom.The store runs really smoothly, especially during these difficult times, and I plan to recommend Chris and DWF to many of my friends and colleagues whenever they need new flooring.Five stars, and would absolutely useChris and these guys again.
