staff are a joke here, rude, ignoring customers and playing on their phones. no name badges been wore at all. one of the staff tutted at me along with another member of staff, both Asian. Also this store is VERY over priced for the local area and that needs to change fast.

rude staff with no name badges. made me wait, along time. not the first time this has happened and its been going on for awhile now. also your prices are so over the top its unfair for the local area. get it sorted. next step is an email to robbie more and your head office.

Used to be a good coop until the management in their infinite wisdom decided to close the post office. Now just over priced shopping. Will wait until I go past a supermarket. Waste of time and effort

Staff are extremely rude.
I had some blood samples that needed to be posted asap - no one was on the post office counter (around 2pm).
I recognised a woman (member of staff) who usually serves on the post office counter stacking a shelf.
I asked her if anyone could serve me on the post office counter.
She replied aggressively that she was too busy stacking the shelf and if she doesn?t stack it she will get sacked so could I come back later!
I showed her the parcel saying I needed to post it asap as it was a blood sample.
She had some cardboard boxes in her hand which she threw on the floor and shouted ?oh come on then?.
There was a young lady stood at the side of me who witnessed this and said to me she was absolutely shocked at what she just saw.
I was very close to reporting this and do believe this was a sackable offence.
The staff in general here are ignorant and rude.
This is not the way to treat your regular local village customers!

Some of the staff need to be Thankful they even have a job . The Customer is King . Without which .....You ll be Sat at Homd being rude to yourself in the mirror.

It's a real shame that this shop is let down by some really unpleasant, miserable members of staff. Went on Saturday morning and everyone was lovely, went this morning and the unfriendly woman behind the til didn't say ONE word... didnt even look at me. Such appalling customer service that would not be tolerated in my workplace. I was made to feel like I was a massive inconvenience, she should be sacked.

So was in today yet again and asked for 75£ electric i was overcharged by 10£. I pointed this out as a mistake they made and they told me to go to paypal, thats not correct at all.3 of the staff told me that ehy couldnt do anything about it... and yeah that was all. I would very much like to speak to the area manager about this ASAP please. Also to local people and others within keighley.. AVOID this place at all costs.

This is the second time I have walked to the local coop at the top of my road to use the post office, and I haven't been able to use it because the staff member was "on their break, and it wouldn't be open again for 15 minutes.I was told this after a young member of staff who was serving behind the counter contacted whoever was running the post office by headphones, and that was it!The time was 14.15, so it wasn't outside post office hours. Is it a good idea to either post up new times when you will be shutting the post office for staff breaks or here's an idea to train other staff to do the job?

Absolutely fantastic place to get food and drinks for your family. Friendly staff I went down great service I can highly recommend it.
