Not matter ehat your stress is about .plus you don't feel alone any more.i eill go to every session so glad I have plucked up the curidge to go .weather it's for domestic abuse or bereavement.or loneliness what ever your needs are they will make sure you get it .well worth a visit please pay them a visit she were they can help you .then you make the choice you are not forced in to anything.
