Went to sell my iPad today and the two behind the counter need a refresh on their customer service. The ginger one tried implying that I was lying about my iPad coming without a plug when funnily enough I was the one that actually bought the iPad and it DIDNT come with one. The one with the glasses who thinks he?s John Lennon was utterly rude and said my iPad ?was worthless without the charger and plug? and told my partner to move out of the way when there wasn?t even a customer waiting. I would have happily provided a charger and plug in order to sell it but after that encounter I don?t want to give them the business.

Used their website to book in 100 games to sell to them.
Took a few hours off work to drop them off only to be told we don?t take that many games! How about using the phone number or email on my account to let me know rather than having me cart them all down to you!

Very friendly and helpful service. Had a frozen pop up issue on my screen and they fixed it within 5 minutes.

Visited the store earlier today, I brought a phone here a few weeks back, however it turned out to be faulty and wouldn't charge, they said I couldn't swap it even though it's under warranty as there's physical damage to the charging port, even though this was not my fault. Young lad with glasses this morning that served me was very rude and unhelpful with the situation
Went back a couple of hours later and spoke to the supervisor who was professional and helpful, and explained the situation in more detail, however I had to spend money I didn't have on a new phone as they would not allow me to swap even though this wasn't my fault as it's company policy
Very disappointed as I have been using CeX for years to make quick cash and buy games

Took my xbox in today to trade in. Worked perfectly. Apparently the warranty sticker had been taken off which it hadn't. And to make it worse the disk drive worked perfectly fine but when I returned with the xbox the disk drive was then dodgy. So they'd clearly done something to it

This has been my favourite shop for as long as I can remember, and every time I walk through the doors I feel that happiness from when I was younger, always hunting for the next figure to add to my toys to life collection. Recently, I worked here for my work experience, and it was wonderous. I met the very friendly staff who had sold me everything I ever bought, and I got insight to how their company runs behind the scenes. I would recommend this shop to anyone of any age, who wants to either buy and add to their collection like I did, or sell their unused tech for someone else to discover the wonder of this shop. The staff are all extremely friendly, really funny, and great people to chat to. I appreciate their hard work to keep the CEX name alive in Keighley, and i have never had a bad experience.

Alot seems to have improved here over the last past year or so. Staff paying attention, prices good, tradings great. Store manager seems to have a smile on his face once more.
