Absolute waste of time appointment at 9am we arrived at 8:50am got seen at 9:30am asked the staff at reception why are we not being seen when everyone else has been seen both of them said oh the dentist is late absolute lie that when I told the dentist he had said no I was on time. We went back to the reception and said why is they a need to lie you could of told us they was a error from your side I would like to raise a complaint your staff needs training they was not even a sorry yet your staff had a slapped face when I had said what was the need to lie

Recently applied for vacancy as a Receptionist/Administrator and was selected for interview ! The present staff were all female and it became quite clear that I was selected for interview primarily for the Company to show they were not sexist in their selection. Why waste my valuable time in the first place ? The interview itself presented no problems but it became quite clear they were just gojng through the motions for the purposes of compliance . Needless to say I will not be applying for any vacancy with this Company in future .

booked yesterday and done today! the dentist and the assistants did a fantastic job! the dentist showed me everything I need to know on how my teeth will be treated. transparent with billing. I'm more than satisfied with the service I received. thumbs up for a superb service!

I have been at this practice for many years - always good service and treatment from my dentist, Saj. I have recently seen Sohaib for Invisalign braces. He gave me all the details of the treatment and what to expect, helping me to make an informed decision; the pricing was clear; and there is the option of interest-free finance. My treatment took seven months and I was very pleased with the results. Also excellent service and advice from the hygienist, Elizabeth; and always friendly and helpful service from the practice team.

I recently had a root canal done on a molar and the treatment from Naheed Aktar and dental nurse were both professional and exemplary In all levels of care and treatment.I was feeling anxious about the treatment and given advice and reassurance throughout.. Thanks again Bupa dental care

I saw the dentist on Friday the 29th September 2023 and it was the second time only and the dentist Conleth Totten was amazing such a great guy and very good at his trade. The staff are all amazing as you will know if you have ever been the place is great and I would recommend Conleth Totten to any one at all he?s a true gentleman.
