“I've moved out of the area now but i have say i still miss the helpful and freindly staff that run eastburn stores. At the helm of this family buisness are peter and Pauline who really do go out of there way to make every visit a pleasant one.I once ordered a from balloon for my partner from pauine and was blown away by the effort and skill she put into its not just part of her job you can tell by her handywork she really takes pride in what she does.Richard is the man for hot tubs having had more than one delivered over the years you often will see him sorting the papers out on a weekend.It's lovely to see Caroline dotting in and out restocking bags of sweets and i might add a very nice selection there is too.Leslie is normally hard at work in the post office and has often helped me out if I've being confused with one thing or another.June is the lady that always makes me smile with her witty sense of humour many will remember her as the awesome taxi lady.last but not least peter is the man you see after work if you call in for a pint of milk or loaf of bread and a bottle of wine always says hello a true gentleman a die hard football fan like his son Richard.i don't get to go nearly as often as i would like these days but i know when i do i will get the same greeting and ready waiting in the chiller are my favourite softdrinks and packets of crisps.No matter 6am or 1800pm you always are guaranteed service with a smile you could even go as far to say the wrote the book or how to run a successful customer facing business.”
