Soudal sealant tape absolute rubbish, waste of money. Did everything as said on packet,the very next day it was just peeling.off and left a gooey mess. Not fit for purpose don?t waste your money.

Bad experience, I won't be going here again . Went to buy some paint but seen the manager having a go at store assistant, seems to be the going vibe the store workers seem miserable and over worked in turn you ask for assistance you get negative customer services

Wanted some fragrance hangers for my Christmas tree. Found a colleague, showed her a photo of product supplied at B&Q. There was no smile just an abrupt NO as an answer and turned away. Very rude

Had a problem at home with a broken shower head holder /slide.. Shamena was on duty today thur 19th sep 2024, I couldn?t work out what was needed or where to find it but with a little explanation we where shown the correct isle three different times and with professionalism and politeness with a wonderful smile.. made our difficult day into a success.. thank you Shamena x

I use B&Q alot recently and never had a bad experience until I had to order something in. The order was incorrect (kitchen doors) with the incorrect corner post supplied, things happen ?. I then dealt with Janice (store manager) who was actually quite rude, getting really defensive considering it was their mess up in the first place and then just hung up on me. Doesn't really help solve my issue. I'd definitely consider training your staff on manners and how the tone of voice effects what people perceive of you.
