“Brought my car in today after it had a horrible noise coming from the back tyres. Turned out my caliper had completely come off and got wedged. Worse than i expected. Left it with the guys for 2 hours and managed to save the caliper and replaced the discs and pads. Josh was friendly and explained the full process of what prob happened and how it should of looked and been. Thank you all :)”

“Used Halfords Autocentre (Keighley) twice, and been very happy with the service both times.Firstly, my car was showing signs of needing a battery replacement and found one on their site for a reasonable price with warranty. Dropped in unannounced, they said that they can sort it and have it back same day. ONE HOUR later, I received a call saying my car was ready ??3 days ago my check-engine light came on, car was showing signs of misfiring and stalled a couple of times (it’s an automatic). Drop in unannounced, asked if I was available next day, which I was. Took the car in, received a call stating the issues and agreed for the work to be done. Called first thing next morning to say my car was ready. Car is driving like new (2016 mini)!As for cost, it seemed reasonable but isn’t a concern as I’ve been happy with the results and service.I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years so I’m confident when someone is sincere with their customer service - which this team is.Thank you, and 5 stars for the lady on front desk - always polite and really lovely.”
