I found the staff informative and helpful. They seemed to want to make my visit worthwhile explaining processes as we went along.I was particularly impressed by the analysis provided by the £6 premium to NHS, for the back of eye scanning, very impressive.

Vision Express are brilliant. I had a problem with my eye that needed seeing to urgently. Vision Express were the only opticians who saw me and got me sorted out with the appropriate hospital. I even had a phone call from the optician the next day to see how I got on. I have new glasses from them now and they are the best I have ever had. I shall never be going to any other opticians now. The prices are also very reasonable. Thank you Ilkley Vision Express for your excellent service.
