The store was staffed by very friendly and not overly pushy staff, I felt i had time and was able to choose at my pace and in a comfortable environment where the lighting was not too stark and intrusive and the setting not too busy and noisy as with the Guiseley branch.

Such lovely staff! I've been in on a few occasions for my eyes testing / OCT scan and frame adjustments, and I've always had a positive experience. There is also a good range of glasses to choose from ? Thank you, Ilkey Specsavers team!

Optician very thorough. Found I had an occlusion in the lens sac from recent cataract operation. Referred me to Airedale for treatment.

Whenever I go to Specsavers I am never disappointed - thus I keep going back!
The staff are always a delight, and willing to help at any stage throughout the process!
I wish other services (eg. Doctors and Dentists) were just as proficient and professional!

I am not too happy with my new glasses. there is very little improvement over my old bi-focal ones, especially the close reading part of the lens. I have been diagnosed with AMD affecting my left eye and I was hoping that some correctio to my vision could have been made but it has not ben the case.

Fantastic staff and service, I chose the wrong type of lens for some previous glasses from Specsavers resulting in me not wearing them and resorting to my old glasses, it was my fault entirely so didn't expect any result when mentioning it to a member of staff. How wrong I was, I was offered the frame of my choice as well as new lenses all free of charge, I couldn't believe it. What a customer inspired ethos for business success, well done Specsavers Ilkley,
I would highly recommend to anyone.
