I?ve been coming regularly to have my hair cut and coloured by Fiona for the past 8 years - she is great at always taking time to listen and proactive in suggesting ways to manage my thick, wavy shoulder length hair. Fiona is fantastic at identifying the most flattering shades for my hair colour and highlights, as well as excellent at cutting. As a result, I find that my hair stays looking lovely between visits, not just when I leave the salon! I?ve recommended Fiona and Joseph to friends and family as well, who?ve been equally pleased.

Fiona has been looking after my hair for 6 years. That comprises cut , colour and blow dry. The atmosphere in the salon is very happy and comfortable. I go in after walking the dog in the wind and rain and leave looking like a completely different person. Definitely 10 years younger ! Thank you

I've been going to Saks in Ben Rhydding ever since Joseph opened there as I follow him wherever he goes?. He's not only a great hairdresser (for me the quality of the cut is the thing) but he's a very special human being too so the friendly atmosphere and the customer service reflects this and is genuine. Go out of your way to have your hair done there...you won't regret it!

I moved to Yorkshire from the south 2 years ago having had the same hairdresser for years. After a couple of bad haircuts elsewhere I was so delighted to find Fiona. I love the way she cuts and colours my hair and is clearly very skilled and professional. I have been coming to see Joseph for nearly a decade now. He takes the time to listen to what you want and you come away feeling a million dollars. If you want to hear about new products or styles he is always very up to date with these. And as well as being a great hairdresser he is a really nice person and I enjoy catching up while I get my hair done.

I love going to Fiona at Saks. She does my colour how I want it every time. This is after years in London of trying to find someone who could do what I was after. Joseph is an absolute genius! My hair grows out (not down) and can't decide whether its curly or wavy, but thanks to Joseph's patience and expertise, I'm always thrilled with the way he cuts/styles it and the gorgeous woven highlights he creates.Highly recommend!Services: Hairstyling

Fiona did my hair when I was 16. I am now nearly 60. We bumped into each other in Booths supermarket and I had not seen her for over 40 years.She told me she worked at Saks in Ilkley and it was time for me to have a change due to my business circumstances.Fiona totally works around me and my business. It helps me so much having a salon that opens 6 days a week.Fantastic hair cut and blow drysThe products they use are brilliant,I am a keen swimming and since I have used olaplex my hair is in so much better condition.Thanks Fiona for all your help and helping me choose the correct colour and style x
