breakfastwe popped in yesterday for breakfast (first time) nice spacious cafe very clean.staff were excellent, we both ordered a breakfast, bit of wait but when turned up the plate looked empty! but once we started eating the food was excellent. homemade hash browns perfect, tomatoes tasty, black pudding really good, sausage and bacon were just so flavoursome the large thick slice of bread was divineat £26 for 2 breakfasts its pricey but we never mind paying for quality food and service

Splendid new garden and home centre in Ben Rhydding. Very helpful staff and reasonable selection of plants. Get there early if you don't want to queue to get in!FYI the shop doesn't open until 10am on Sunday (not 9.30am as advertised on Google)

I visited today with a friend with mobility problems. She chose a round table with curved pew like seating this is because it was easy to slide into the seat and there was a good firm back.We were told " you can't sit there"This was 9.45sm. Only 4 tables occupied.There was no regard for the customers mobility issues her age etc.It was rude to say the least.I realise the reason for that remark...but a bit more awareness of disabilities would be helpfulThis happened to me previously when with 2 older ladies with issues.Compare the helpfulness and politeness of Betty's...no comparison at allI know where my choice lies

Busy garden centre, popped in on a Sunday afternoon, café busy but got a seat straight away. Food was delicious and service was very good, friendly and we were checked on. I would definitely go back.

Worst service ever from the cafe. Servers have little respect for customer, taking over 20 minutes just to order drinks. Girl with brown hair told us we could order at 12. Then refused to take order at 12. Servers had little care over service. Poor service and bad manners meant we left early without ordering food. Think your staff need some customer service training.

Exceptional customer service. We bought a garden seating set with table from M&M 15 months ago, and due to a defect from the manufacturer, the table top began to deteriorate. Jo at Moss & Moor went out of her way to help - finding our original receipt on their system, contacting the manufacturer and arranging a new table top, including fitting (thank you Peter!) in record time. Outstanding customer service, with plenty of communication along the way to tell us what was happening. Really impressed and would buy from them again. Good restaurant too!
