Very disappointed, seeing as this is a new establishment. Food was very poor food was cold and stale, service was very poor, just eat delivery man got seen too delivered the food and back for second delivery before we got our order. Workers didn't seem bothered. Only good thing was the music while we were waiting. Won't be going again.

Too small an area inside for dining in . Very surprising as is a large building. Very disappointed with small dining area.!

We were really happy with our pit stop here after a long walk in the lower Dales. Staff were friendly and very welcoming to my kids. The food was freshly cooked, and the fries were hot and crispy. Thank you!
Parking: Lots of parking available when we visited. However, I imagine it can get busy
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcomed and colouring activities were provided

This resturant will raise the standards of other resturants in the area, mcdonalds quality is second to none. Mcdonalds is just what the people of ilkley needs. I hope it becomes 24-7 with a drive thru. We can only pray

Ordered food paid for our order the sticker on the bag stated what we had ordered. When I got home half was missing no phone number to complain and I was not going to drive all the way back.
