My wife took her Vauxhall Mokka in yesterday to have the tyres checked as a problem came up on the info/ settings display.
Guy on reception was friendly & attentive, the operator on the ramp checked all the tyres & sorted the problem quickly & efficiently.
Excellent service from Ilkley Kwikfit.

I took my car in with a puncture. They later phoned me and told me they couldn't repair the puncture when clearly they could as it was a nail in the centre of the tread which is a repairable area. Then when I went to collect my car they said it was because the hole was more than 6mm wide but they hadn't removed the nail and based their assumption on the width of the head of the nail. Anyone knows that that the shaft of the nail is narrower than the head of the nail. Then quoted me nearly £200 for a new tyre that was £60 more expensive than elsewhere.. Drove off and went to MCC at Burley in Wharfedale who said it was repairable and fixed the puncture for £20. Disappointing as I've always previously had good service but felt that they were trying to make more money out of a new tyre than a repair.

A? service carried out by the lovely lads in the ilkley branch. Mathew the manager was very helpful and attentive. He knew about all his products and services he would carry out without the sucking of his teeth and a shake of the head. Well done kwik fit your staff members were brilliant. Will definitely recommend.

Used Kwik fit in Ilkley several times and have always found them friendly, efficient and very helpful. Cheapest place for tyres in my opinion. Highly recommend them.

I have used the kwik fit at ilkley a few times over the years and always find them to be very good and provide a good service.I have always found the staff to be professional, and my recent visit Matthew was very helpful when I had exhaust problems.

Good service but book online otherwise you pay an inflated price. If you get offered something unexpected, check the online price and ask for that.

The service from Saif at Ilkley Kwik Fit today was excellent. He was friendly and helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and was very reassuring. I am very happy with the repairs to the car and will return in the future when further work is needed.
