Very low stock levels in children's shoes, advised to order online myself and return to the shop for fitting?! Will go to Harrogate store in the future or to Clinkards.

First of all it was not a very child friendly experience. The assistant who measured my children?s feet didn?t give the best advice and just seemed like she wanted us in and out as soon as possible even though we?re the only customers in the shop other than another lady. The assistant advised on a pair of jelly sandals which were about an inch too big. Left with some different sandals for the children but still not an amazing fit as my sons feet keep slipping out of them. Will not be visiting this store again,

Clarks is a fab store I bought some flip flops a few years ago and oh so comfy but I always buy another brand because I have problems with my feet but called in today and the styles are really good better than I normally get so I will be back

I took my Grandson to be measured for some new trainers, I rang the shop the day before to ask when would be a quiet time as my Grandson had transplant surgery earlier this year and has not to mix with too many people the ladies in the store were very helpful we felt very safe as covid rules were followed, we were asked if we would like the stool my Grandson was sitting on to be Sanitised which was very thoughtful, my Grandson had his feet measured he chose some trainers we were in and out in about 20min. Many thanks for a great service.
