Very dirty, tables not cleaned, brush out in the cafe full of hair. Toilets are very dirty.

Coffee great. Automatic doors weren't working so people had to manually open them. Not a problem except people then did not close them

Window ledges covered in dead fly's, floors dirty and damaged. The branch needs closing and refurbishment. Wouldn't recommend.

Nice music but not a particularly cosy branch of Nero. Big electric doors you would normally see in a supermarket. Cafe layout is long and rectangular. Suggest a re-design or move of premises. Floor needs a deep clean. Many dogs.Staff on top of things though, but as with most Neros, insufficient numbers.
