I've been using Boots for a couple of years now for my prescriptions, I find all the staff polite and helpful especially the pharmacy team who have done above and beyond what is required of them. All I can say for the bad reviews on here is show some respect to staff and you will get it back! I do and I don't have a problem.

Their customer service skills really are lacking and do need working on. The staff at the Ilkley branch in West Yorkshire seem to have utter contempt for the customers they are serving. The staff are rude, curt and quite frankly it is so obvious they are not happy in their jobs. Perhaps they should NOT work in retail... read full comment

Everytime I have a prescription in to be dispensed they either have no items or make an error. The old lady is very rude and disrespectful. never send prescription to this pharmacy
