So. The food and service are fabulous. The staff are friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: It unfortunatly isnt accessible. My father has a small powered wheelchair and we only just managed to maneuvet him through the door. The staff were accomodating.
Thankfully my father didnt need the bathroom because from what we could see the only toilets are up the steps, something my father is incapable of doing. We will go back however because he enjoyed it immensely

Very loud arcade machines close to seating area. Not overly pleasant. Bowling is loud too when participants are playing.
Food is freshly cooked and good.

I like it everything i have tried has been good, staff good, they follow up just to make sure all is fine, and price is yeah ok.

It was my first time going into a Wimpys. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were the only customers in the place. For the price the food was quite expensive for what it was. You could go to Rumpus burger and get something exceptional for the price here. The milkshake was really good. I'm glad I went as it was on my bucket list of places in Huddersfield to try, I wont be going back.

I would give zero stars if I could. Your staff are utterly disgusting and their attitude alone taints the experience of any customer.
I would avoid this place like the plague now that the staff have changed. What a waste of a restaurant.

Loved it - wonderful memories came flooding back as it's been a few years since I last had a Wimpy. I had the double cheeseburger and vanilla shake & it was just fantastic. Burger patties were really juicy, the sauce was the same as were the buns. The milkshake was thick & unctuous & the whole meal was worth every penny - couldn't finish the chips! Cannot recommend highly enough.

you can?t beat a good Wimpy burger !!! shame they don?t have one a bit closer to home but don?t mind travelling. These things have to be done. Anyway text me back to my roots this does. Used to go to Wimpy in Teeside in the 80s. Good old days. Love it. ?? ?

A much better offering than your other chain 'restaurants'. Delicious hot food and high quality ingredients. I love coming here for special occasions or seeing family or dates.

Food was awful. I got an all day breakfast and the food was cold. The smoked sausage was vile, the fried egg was rubbery and the baked beans were cold. My friend ordered a burger and fries. The burger was awful too. The chocolate milkshake left a disgusting aftertaste in your mouth and charged me £2 for an unbranded bottle of water (despite asking for tap water) the total came to over £30 and was a waste of money. Could have gone to a pub and gotten better food for half the price. Wimpy's should have been closed down a long time ago! Would not recommend!

18/05/24Where to start we was welcome by the manger in black he's was friendly and down to earth. The meal he made me and my friend was delightful. We've been here before and the staff are kind and friendly too. Keep up the good work and keep providing that great customer service and the tasty food. I'll be back again as I love the experience I get when I come in. It's nice to travel here from Halifax West Yorkshire to get the great Whimpy experience so thank you very much.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome Whimpy try to cater for everyone it's a great experience.Wheelchair accessibility: The staff are great they will politely ask the customer if they don't mind moving to let the wheelchair user get in. They will try their best to make room as everyone deserves to have a great experience at Whimpy.
