Rude member of staff. She spoke about me loudly as if I couldn’t hear. I was calm and polite, a misunderstanding between the pharmacist and my gp, it wasn’t the pharmacists fault. But there was no need to embarrass me in front of everyone. I will be making a formal complaint.

Completely apathy displayed towards patients by CERTAIN members of staff, some staff are lovely but I have repeatedly run into one woman who is not only unhelpful but makes snide comments as if I can't hear her for two metres away. My son is three months old, bleeding and in pain, she couldn't care less.
