Went in today with an apparently rare SIM card issue, and the young man who served me couldn't have been nicer, and after about twenty minutes he'd sorted it all out for me. I've had issues for six months. I wish I'd gone down sooner. Great service. Thus, my five star rating. Great shop.

Rubbish customer service. Been over a month with no progress. Have booked multiple engineer appointments and no one comes??? They always have a new excuse and say a new date everything. It's simply disgraceful. Can't even begin on the amount of effort we had to put in to try resolve and still nothing, from things as going in store to try talk it out to even having to do MULTIPLE video calls for then to just waste our time. Honestly can't even be bothered anymore as they clearly can't be bothered aswell.

Awful customer service from this branch yesterday. Had some issues since upgrading my phone so visited the shop to get some advice. Didn?t get the assistants name but his attitude was appalling. Basically just said ring customer services, totally not interested, just looked past me whilst chewing gum, said ?I don?t know, google it, I don?t have an iPhone? and was completely unhelpful, never bothered to ask advice from the other 2 staff that were just sat there doing nothing and I left the shop with no solution. Safe to say if I wasn?t in a contract I would leave vodafone.

Just changed to voda..wow what an improvement! ..Internet is awesome! No caps on download speed! My phone works all the time now! And service with a smile! The manageress personaly looked after me! ..she was awesome! She just did it all! ?

Visited your kingsgate store today Henry was an absolute delight so helpful and very patient and took his time as I was sorting an upgrade for my aunty who has numerous disabilities lovely man can?t praise him enough for his help

We called into the shop today.and we spoke to Henry about iPhone promax15.when we asked Henry the sales rep about the best price on a contract with vodaphone he was very rude.I asked him why they was dear than over retails how was selling vodaphone contracts.henry replied there vodaphone contracts would not have priority over service or Internet and they over providers did not provide a good service ever..well Henry we went to the apple shop bought a new phone out right and a sim with 5g service with more dater for £10.00 per month.so really Henry I would like to say a big thank you to you for been rude to use. as we have saved use also alot of money asked Henry would we receive NHS discount and Henry said no you have to on line and it is really hard to do it's not worth the hassle.well done Henry.

Nothing special.Young lady on tech support is lovely, the rest of the staff are below average, some ads even straight up rude.The mobile accessories are over priced.
