I have never had any complaints with TSB Huddersfield. They are friendly and helpful and do there best. Even with difficult customer's who are really impatient who get cross because of a queue.

Very very rude older female who was behind the desk accused my partner of money laundering when he tried to pay bagged up cash that I?d been saving all year for the grandkids Xmas presents in to my account and then went on to tell him I?d bagged it up for nothing !! So rude and so ignorant what a horrible woman

I recently moved to Huddersfield and changed banks to TSB. The staff seem friendly enough, but every time I go in this place Iâ??m waiting and queuing for ages. Saturday there were 13 people in the queue and one cashier open and other staff elsewhere not helping. I waited 8 mins and the queue had not moved.. then I had to leave due to work. This seems to be happening too often. Even on a work day Iâ??ve waited far too long in a long queue with two staff on the Cashier windows. Not impressed. I might have to go elsewhere where they can facilitate customers needs.
