First time visiting Toolstation, went on a Sunday morning after reserving my stuff to collect. Staff member was great, no issues with items and help me with my stuff to the car as I had my toddler with me. Thanks!

The Huddersfield staff all super helpful. (Especially Jenn)
Order online, walk in, identity yourself and walk out.
So easy to deal with and a very wide variety of stock.
Online orders are usually ready to pickup within a couple of minutes

I bought a ebflo hose 1.5 meter and a ebflo shower head, from tool station Huddersfield the sale assistant was helpful knowledgeable and help me work out what I needed listened to what I required and went out of his way to help me purchase what I needed installation was easy to fit highly recommend a visit

I have been using this store for over five years on a regular basis and can't believe anyone would give a low score. Of all the places I get my gear from this is by far the best. Good availability and prices, but the best thing is the efficient friendly service I get from all the staff here. Even when it's really busy and they're held up with someone who doesn't know what they want the staff are still helpful, efficient and friendly. On the very rare occasion there's an issue with an order ( which happens everywhere ) it's sorted promptly with no fuss. An absolute credit to the company.

Terrible service from 2 horrible ladies, I bought a heater from there, and she gave me the wrong one as both boxes look similar but you can clearly tell the differnce of product on the box, I got home noticed it was dirrernt, went back she didn't even apologise for getting it wrong, had a very rude tone of voice and clearly wasn't bothered.

Absolutely brilliant store with brilliant customer service!!! I use Toolstation a few times a month, yesterday I went in 3 ladies all stood behind the till smiling and having a laugh but ready to work, they served me promptly and with outstanding customer service they all worked together really well.
