I recently purchased from their eBay shop and unfortunately there was an issue with the courier Tuffnells going into administration,This was not an issue and DJM really helped and communicated perfectly and worked with me to get what I wanted quickly.

I bought a lamppost which arrived with a couple of bits damaged or missing - we all get things wrong occasionally and I regard the measure of a company as being how well they deal with problems, rather than whether problems arise in the first place. Customer service from DJM was excellent. Adam was very keen to help and sent out spares we needed promptly and well packaged.

Found this company when searching the web for Spectre Decking Screws when all others were out of stock. Ordered 2 boxes which arrived in 48 hours and they cost much less than my usual suppliers. They even included a hex head for my drill, added to my package at no extra cost.Call me old fashioned but to me, that is good quality customer service.Timothy Wood has gained a new customer. I'll check with them before buying elsewhere from now on.Well done Timothy Wood and thank you.

I recently purchased some outdoor lighting, which has now been partially installed by an electrician, and I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the product.There was a little bit of self assembly required which, maybe due to my age/eyesight, I managed to drop and lose a few small screws. DJM had the screws to me the very next day (plus some related parts, presumably "just in case"). I then later found one piece of glass (out of a total of 32) was broken in it's packaging - again this was received the very next day after requesting it.The customer service of this company is beyond excellent, as are the quality of the products supplied.Thank you so much DJM Direct!!

Taking orders/payment and additional payment for fast delivery, but not holding the stock and not having the ability to delivery with quick postage, this has completely set me back on my job. Bad service which will cost me time and money

I don't often write reviews but felt this company deserves it - good customer service is often lacking nowadays. I ordered an item from their eBay shop a week ago for an urgent job which sadly didn't get delivered in time due to problems with the courier company.When it was clear that the wasn't going to arrive in time I got in touch with DJM who without any quibbling immediately organised the return of the item from the courier depot and issued me with a refund. They kept me informed by phone and email and were very decent in their dealings with me.In short and to summarise - I can't fault their customer service and its when a problem needs sorting that most companies fall down. DJM didn't so if I ever have cause to use them again I most certainly will.Thank you ????

Purchased two outdoor lights in Jan 19, and by Feb 20 they have blown countless bulbs. The electrician we use has been working for us for years and is trusted. Poor quality, and poses a danger when electrics are involved.
