“Prices are fair, the shop is clean and tidy. There is free parking across the road for up to two hours. I have visited several times, but today's visit was worth popping in writing for management. Volunteer, April, was exceptionally helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming.”

“I got my dream mother of the bride Veni Infantino dress from Forget Me Not on Saturday. The ladies were so helpful and lovely both before and during my appointment. All the dresses that I’d requested to try were ready and waiting for me and they helped me try them in a no pressure environment. They helped me decide between the last two I narrowed it down to and I’m thrilled with my purchase. And most importantly my daughter loves it too! Thank you ladies!”

“Welcome to Huddersfield. This is my first charity shop to visit in this town. Since then, I find that it has no macth: good price, complete goods, has a warehouse behind the display room. I bought most of my footwears, clothes, souvenirs, bags, toys, and other stuffs here.”

“What's not to like at BHF? These shops are always so well kitted out and the service you get is lovely. I like to allow myself a good 20 minutes so I can browse properly, or else I will probably miss some delightful little knick-knack displayed in a corner. I particularly love the way the jewellery is displayed and it always feels so warm and inviting when you step inside. The furniture shop is great also - it's huge! I love the way they have the bedroom furniture separate downstairs in the basement and the orderly way they display the sofas, units and tables upstairs. Wonderful charity, wonderful shops.”
