Outstanding Service at Three ? Thanks to James and Liam
My experience at Three was brilliant. When I walked in, James Barrow greeted me warmly. I asked if Three was the same as EE, and he clearly explained that they are two different providers.
Having been in sales myself for over 50 years, I appreciated his professionalism. James offered me a seat and took the time to compare a plan similar to what I had with Smarty. I shared my frustrations with Smarty?after more than 26 emails, they still hadn?t resolved the issue of me not being able to make calls. That experience led me to leave a negative review on Trustpilot.
In contrast, James made everything easy and straightforward. I wanted to keep my existing number, which required proof of ID. Since I hadn?t brought it with me, we arranged for me to return the next day.
When I came back, James was on a conference call, and Liam Kavanagh stepped in to assist. He was extremely helpful?he even inserted the new SIM for me and explained when it would activate, along with details about my first payment.
Between James and Liam, I received outstanding service. I would 100% recommend Three. Big thanks to both of them?you certainly have two individuals who are a great asset to your business.

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to the owner/manager/staff at this lovely shop for saving my phone today. I left it outside their shop and when they saw me frantically looking for it, they waved me down and kindly brought it out to me. I honestly cannot thank the shop enough. I am so grateful and relieved. Thanks a million.

Totally rude staff. I had an issue with my phone and a tall Jamaican guy who works there was extremely rude. He insulted my intelligence by making comments like "how this happened out of the blue". I told him that there is moisture in my phone anf doesn't charge and he said "it was raining yesterday, you must have put your phone under the rain, it's mathematics innit?" How rude and not helpful at all! He also said that I don't look after my phone because the screen is cracked but obviously it's the screen protector that got cracked! Just wondering who recruites this awful staff with horrible customer service. I'm so disappointed with Three. I will move to a different company after 9 years being a loyal customer! Real disappointment!

Went in to get some help with my account, well what a waste of time. the gentleman helping me could not of cared less and after the 4th sigh and roll of the eyes I left. Tried the call center instead..another hour of my life wasted, three are an absolute joke !!

When the store clerk says "we open at 9am tomorrow" so we can sort out my husband's upgrade. We turn up at 9am and find the store "temporarily closed" with the Three live chat saying it doesn't open till 9:30am... Waiting till 9:30am and it still being closed but yet nobody can advise why? Not even the live chat.... What poor, shocking customer service. (Had a personal circumstance meaning we needed it sorting this particular morning)

This company is very wonderful outside the United Kingdom. I have been a customer with them for several years outside the Kingdom, but in the United Kingdom I do not know their work policy, i.e. I find lying and misleading the customer inside the shop and on customer service by phone or chat, i.e. there is never transparency, what happens why all this quantity Lying to the client I don't know

Customer service is extremely poor. The man we spoke to today was rolling his eyes at us and smirking at us while we were trying to express the problem we were having with the company. Completely disgusted with the way we were treated.
