I found this place on a google search and the reviews are terrible but I thought it maybe the parking situation so thought I would give it a go as iv been wanting a new place to get my brows done which is more local to me so I booked a appointment on the website.I came to the shop but didn?t park anywhere near so not to get a ticket and it was a good job I did because I arrive on time for my appointment to find the door locked and nobody to be seen what a disappointment so if anyone is going to come here do not park by the shop as you could get a fine, even if you have a appointment then they could be shut/ door locked.

Crooked establishment in the business of extortion.Issued a fine which excess LEGAL amounts (£50, Parking code of practise Act 2019) of £100.The signage terms of the parking faces INTERNALLY so is IMPOSSIBLE for any EXTERNAL party to be aware of any contractual parking agreement. Drives will have NO knowledge or acceptance of entering into any parking "Contract" which LEGALLY voids any fees they are issuing,. You cannot fine a party based on a contract they have no knowledge of entering. This is the FIRST basis of Contact LAW.The "Evidence" provided will even show that the sign is INWARD facing to the private land, therefore any party CANNOT possibly see this TRAP that has been set up to fine people.The Parking code of Practise 2019 ALLOWS up to 5 minutes of grace period which many of the reviewers have been UNDER yet still charged ILLEGALLY.Use this information to aid in fighting the CRIMINAL Charges that have been made against you.

I recently had a frustrating experience with the car park fines at this establishment. The lack of clear signage at the entrance gate led to an unexpected charge, as there was no visible indication within the three minutes I was briefly parked, In that short period of time I had not left the vehicle as my child was crying due to pain in her ear, in which I parked up to settle in a safe location as the rest are double yellows or parked up by shopper's. The darkness, the sign on the post was difficult to notice, contributing to the issue.Despite contesting the charge and not receiving any response, additional fees of £70 were added. The absence of a visible sign at the entrance gate could prevent many from risking fines. The failure to provide a decision and communicate the reasons for additional charges is disappointing.I am considering taking this matter to small claims court to challenge the notice and appeal the decision. It seems that many others have faced similar issues, with unclear signs near the hair and beauty bar, challenges regarding parked vehicles, and a lack of proper communication regarding appeals.Overall, my experience raises concerns about the transparency of the car park regulations and the need for clearer communication to avoid unnecessary fines.

First Time going to this place and I can't say it was enjoyable. I booked with zareena but she wasn't in and a trainee cut my hair. I only asked for a trim and my hair is all different lengths, it doesn't look or feel right at all. Not to mention they didn't tell me the girl was a trainee until after she'd cut my hair! It was difficult to communicate with her as she was cutting my hair due to her speaking little to no English

This place is a scam, I turned my car around in their car park and got a car parking ticket for £100 !! It even states on the letter I was there less than 3 minutes. Not sure if this is a car parking fine company or an actual beauty salon. This place has fake 5* reviews and is barely open. Please keep well clear of this place.This ?car park? they are fining people for, is a grotty piece of land and makes no sense why they would want to charge people a disgustingly high fine for turning around in. I cannot understand what this company is benifiting from issuing these huge fines. The company also is gated but purposefully left open without any signage until you actually enter the car park itself making it impossible to know this is a restricted area until it is too late, hense why I believe this is a scam.As there is no way to respond I will just edit my previous post. Funnily you state I have read your ?sign? (if you can call it that) incorrectly, when in fact you have read my post incorrect. I state that on the letter of the fine it states I was there less than 3 minutes. How can that be considered parking? No grace period given or time to be able to locate a ?sign? Not even council fines are that high. Surely you have a passion for hair and beauty, owning a salon, why tarnish your name over the sake of charging local working people ridiculous amounts of money in a cost of living crisis. Surely your gate which you leave open would be adequate enough? Seems like you guys are profiting from this

FAKE FAKE FAKE! Reviews are 1 Million% fake. This is not a business this is a scam to collect parking fines when you attempt to visit them. Literally dropped off and turned around in 3 minutes and then a £100 fine comes through the door.

Absolute criminals! They say if you dont leave your car you wont get a fine! Its a LIE!! I literally turned around! I have appealed and complained to NPM and they are having none of it! DO NOT GO NOWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE SHOP! To top it off i got the ticket at 5:55pm ON A SUNDAY!!!!!! I hope you lose all your customers!

This place is an absolute nightmare. First, they slap you with a fine for turning around in their car park when they're closed. Then, the inside is like stepping into a bizarre circus. The staff, particularly the Asian women, looked like they were auditioning for a blow-up doll role. I wouldn't trust them with a pair of scissors, let alone my hair. And the icing on the cake? The overwhelming stench of a strange odour lingering in the air. Avoid this place unless you're into fines, questionable staff, and strange odours.
