They had one job. Deliver flowers to my mother on Mother?s Day. They delivered them to the wrong address! So they fell down on the one thing that should not have tripped them up.The flowers were eventually delivered by the kind gentleman whose residence was the wrong address.Unfortunately this happened after I?d had cause to make several phone calls to them and to my mother. Stupidly I internally questioned my 94 year old mother?s competence. Because they had told me they had left a card and put the flowers outside her house somewhere. My mother searched for a card and went out into the rain to look for the flowers. But could find neither. She even tested her doorbell. Had I been less than 300 miles away I might have jumped into the car to save her the hassle.Upon notifying them that the flowers had turned up. They then advised me that my mother would be in receipt of a second bouquet as they had despatched another. This could have ended this sad affair on a rather amusing note. But they ruined that chance at redemption by asking me to advise my mother to inform the driver to return them to the shop!On the whole. This was not good. For my mother. For me and finally for them. As this review will attest.Having said all that they refunded my money. So post hassle they addressed my dissatisfaction admirably.I will give them another try next year. In the hope that I can leave them a more positive review.

Went to the shop in the hope of getting a posie for my Dad's grave. The staff were very busy with christmas orders but were able to arrange one so I didn't have to return to the shop later to collect. The flowers were lovely, all the staff are friendly, only had to wait 5mins and the service is absolutely fantastic.

It's always a risk using a florist not local to you. But, The Flower Shop is excellent. Far cheaper than Interflora, and you get more beautiful flowers for your money. Highly recommended

Mums funeral flowers where lovely definitely recommend they didnt hassle us into buying anything we knew what we sorter wanted and what colours my mum liked and left them too it (smaller funeral flowers ain't from there)

Beautiful flowers, professional and attractive presentation and a mere 3 hour gap between order and delivery. I am absolutely delighted with the helpful and cheerful conversation and the subsequent bouquet. I?d recommend.

The Flower Shop did the flowers for our wedding a few weeks ago. We had given them a loose spec regarding colours and the general look and feel we were trying to create and how we envisaged the venue for the ceremony, the tables and the cakes for the reception.The Bouquets and button holes were delivered to the assigned places in plenty of time and when I walked down the aisle the room had been dressed to perfection. I was asked to check the room prior to our guests being seated for the wedding breakfast and I actually gasped, it took my breath away. The flowers made it a wedding fit for a Princess.Jax n Adrian

Very poor service, prefers a bouquet a week in advance to be delivered early morning. I had to chase on the day as by 11:30 still not arrived. The flowers didn?t even last a week very poor indeed.

Went in to order some flowers for the same day. They did them there and then, asked me what I wanted, were helpful and gave me a few options for the budget. Really friendly people and the flowers looked great and lasted.

Bought 42 pounds worth of flower's for my mother's birthday, they looked beautiful and I was assured that they would last up to 10 days..I followed the care instructions but all the flowers wilted and died with in a week..very disappointed

Very rude owner. It seems everything and anything is too much for her. Was made to feel a nuisance and I certainly won't be returning. The quality of flowers average and there are plenty of other better florists nearby!

Spent £70 on roses to be delivered to my partners work address on valentines day. She received them to discover they had all crisped on the petals and almost dead. Bearing in mind they're supposed to be delivered "in bud" not in bloom. I would normally only spend £10 on flowers so to spend so much and receive this is absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn't take the risk.
