All the staff are really friendly and helpful except Carmel. Carmel's attitude is terrible, she is miserable, unapproachable, everything seems like too much trouble for her. Carmel makes you feel really uncomfortable with the frown on her face as you approach the counter to pay. Carmel appears permanently angry. Please could act on this feedback because it's not what customers want to experience when paying for their petrol. Thank you, in anticipation.
