In relation to the petrol station concrete forecourt, the joint sealant is entirely shot, you should have them all replaced with immediate urgency, any gas spills will be seeping through the concrete and contaminating the soils, not to mention washing away the substrate and causing the slabs to fail. Please look into it.

The lady that served me at 5pmish yesterday was extremely ignorant. No hello, nothing. I have never experienced this before in any other Tesco store and will certainly not be returning to that one.
