Store is okay, usually have what I need. However staff could do with a customer service refresh. Not the friendliest or customer oriented.

I come here on an evening often but i dont think i will be coming back. Staff spend more time talking to each other than customers. Customers are an inconvienience. And always massive queues due to lack of staff actually doing some work.

I was in the shop yesterday 23/12/2023 with my little girl and one of the workers was on the till he was Asian I wanted to say a big well done and thank you for the free cookies for my little girl wich he gave to my little girl it was so thoughtful and very kind ? good customer service from the guy at the till.

Went in to buy some food and a red bull and because I didn?t have my ID they wouldn?t let me buy ANYTHING. This is a joke and needs sorting out. I had my car keys on me so why do I need my ID????
