Very disrespectful when it comes to customer service, I watched a few customers walk away without any help due to the main pharmacist talking down to them. I would recommend using any other pharmacy if you have the choice so you can get the help you need. Check the most recent reviews, and it will tell you what you need to know.

Really not happy about changes to this service, since when have they been closed 1-2 pm for lunch? Went to collect my prescription yesterday, barriers were not down and staff were present but was told I couldn?t have it because they were on lunch break and to come back at 2 but I couldn?t. Went just after 7 same day and was shut. New closing time is 7 pm.

Excellent service even though they were busy! We used the pharmacy first service on a Sunday after my daughter had ear issues. Prompt, professional, helpful advice and with medication in hand we went off in hope of a good nights sleep. Highly recommended and a huge appreciative thank you to the pharmacist and lady staff member there on 19th May 2024.

Been to collect my daughter prescription for 1 item and told me to wait 15 mins I was the only customer it wasn?t a controlled drug it was normal prescription and why they take 15mims. Un professional service and unprofessional staff

Rude staff, walked 20 mins from the other side of town as it was the only pharmacy that opens before I start teaching. Refused to give me medicated eye drops that they had said they had and tried to send me to an opticians that doesn't open until after I start teaching to get the same thing that they had.I stated that the pharmacy had given me the eye drops the year before and were the only thing that worked due to me having a weakened immune system.Go elsewhere if you actually work and don't have time to be messed around.

The team at this chemist are an absolute godsend. Always so polite, friendly and helpful. They have been great with me since I moved to the area, and now that GPs virtually don't exist anymore, I don't know what I would have done without the support, care and advice of Khalid and his team.Special mention to the lady who answers the phone there on a Saturday. I don't know her name but she always calls everyone, 'my lovely'. So polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Most pharmacists no longer have that personal touch, don't have prescriptions ready, and don't care about the individual patient's needs. Not this one. They go above and beyond, and Khaled even remembers the patient's names! Thanks so much - keep up the good work.

Brought a pill cutter, khaled who served me at the pharmacy was abrupt and told me he didn?t have any people don?t buy pill cutters! Funny as they were sold out at Asda and more reasonably priced. He managed to find one behind the counter and I made a purchase.I returned the item literally a few minutes later as I wanted a more compact cutter. The lady who served me was polite and friendly.
