Terrible customer service. Store manager not willing to help find stock never mind the staff bad bad service who made her the manager its beyond me... contradicting herself by telling me she doesn't have a device to check sizes so when I said I had spoken to a staff member who had one and they told me to go to manager its a joke

Went to till with some shin pads they had sale sticker on but when put through till it came up full price I said they had a sale sticker on but she said she had to charge what till said on till if that's the case they need to get all there stock and remove sale stickers

I gave 2 stars because the lady i dealt with on the till was lovely. If it wasnt for her I'd of given it 1, or less if you could.
I'm sure that the biggest issue lies with management here because if staff where trained adequately and managed correctly then I'm certain the experience would be very different.
Not one of them has the intuition to approach the shopper to see if they could assist.
There is no one, and lets be real in a busy shop it should be far more than one, in the shoe shopping areas ready to assist in choices or fetching desired sizes etc.
After a short while i spotted a member of staff and asked for some assistance.
"Oh I can't do that, I'll call someone to come over."
OK, i guess, so we wait while she gets on the walky talky and i keep my self ammused for a few minutes until said helper arrives, or so i thought.
So about 10 minutes go by and still no one is around and the previous girl has disappeared.
By chance I see another young woman who looks more like management walking around giving out orders to a team member following her.
So i approach, ask again and I am told, rather coldly I might add, without any professional courtesy, that she will call someone over, and then she goes back to her conversation and just ignores us.
After another 5 to 10 mins waiting for said help to arrive my wife is at the point of just leaving without buying any new running shoes, so i approach the counter and ask for assistance to be initially told i need to go to the shoe area and wait for assistance ?
To her credit once i explained the situation she very quickly grabbed another member and had them fetch the shoes from storage and offered us an apology.
Now she could not have been any more polite, helpful and assistive so I have to give her the credit.
But overall as a shopping experience I would say avoid if you can.

I purchased a Slazenger tracksuit for my 3 year old.
I hand washed the tracksuit for the first time in cool low temperature water.
After it had dried, the material came out very bobbly and it looked as though it had been worn several times.
Not impressed at all with the quality of the material.
I went to return the tracksuit and one staff member working downstairs was very rude to me.
She told me to stop going on and on and that, the tills are not working downstairs, go upstairs and tell them.
Very rude lady indeed, impolite, unacceptable customer service skills!
The lady working upstairs was very happy to help me resolve the issue with the tracksuit.
Unfortunately, I will not be shopping at this store again.

The staff there were kind and helpful but they were very short and trying their best. I could see people chasing the staff members, a reflection on management rather than the floor staff.

My husband and i took my grandson for a new pair of football boots .after looking for a pair he liked i spotted a male employee at the shelf putting price tags on football boots so i politely asked if he was with a customer he said no so i asked if they had a thing to measure his foot as was unsure what size he needed he said no .right then his school shoes say 2.5 have you got this pair in a 2.5 no only do them in 2s or 3s all this time still putting price tags on the boots on the rack right then could we try a 3 in these please he the scanned the bar code on the device he had in his hand no not got any in 3 right ok we will look for some in a 3.he carried on doing his pricing he could see we where struggling to find a pair of football boots in a 3 he didn't offer to help us in anyway after going to him several times asking if they had any 3s to fit him eventually we found a 3 the service was just awfull got no help at all if it wasn't for upsetting my Grandson i would have walked out one thing for sure we wont be going back.the service was just awfull

Shocking customer service. Manager thinks a boots sole coming away is wear and tear even if the tread is nearly brand new.Boots worn 10 times at the most and falling to bits.Online customer service just as bad as instore, couldn't help as it was an instore purchase but wouldn't give me the contact for instore customer service as it wasn't the same business.
