Travelled 40 minutes to the store, I admit my own fault for getting stuck in traffic. Was literally 5 minutes late, was told they can?t see me now and I have to re-book. I don?t think it would have made a massive difference. Miserable staff, avoid. Stick to proper Apple stores.

I ordered an iPad Pro and still have not received it was promised will receive it today on next day service but still showing preparing order has not even been shipped .Very poor service.And customer service is very poor as they seem to have a don?t care attitude.

The quality of advice and service I have received from the Select team has been consistently first class.Having been a business and personal customer of this store for 5 years, including when it was Stormfront, I continue to return to this store, even though it is just as convenient for me to go to the Apple store in Leeds.In terms of technical guidance, I really appreciate being guided on the best solution to suit me and my specific needs. I've never felt I've been 'sold to' by this team. They have though helped me want to buy, purely because the guide me honestly.In terms of service, when Annabelle at the store fixed an iphone issue in less than 2 minutes - EE's Apple 'experts' couldn't fix it after more than an hour on the phone with me, the whole approach I have consistently experienced, and enjoyed, is fabulous customer focus partnered with unquestionable technical competence...and a healthy dose of kindness too.Ed, Annabelle and James have been my main guides at this store. They, along with other colleagues do a fabulous job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought a Zagg Screen Protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 13/05/23. The screen was installed by one of their technician in store and after 4 days the top left hand corner started to peel off.I return to the store on the 20/5/23 and the manager refused to replaced the screen protector stating it has a lifetime guarantee and I should contact the manufacturer for an replacement and I will have to pay for the postage.This I found unreasonable and the cause of the failure was due to his employer bad workmanship and why should I have to pay an additional cost for someone poor work at my expense.If I had fitted the screen protector, the fault would be mine and no one else.I did not expect screen failure for such short period of use.In future I will purchase apple product for a Apple Store and not associates.

If I could give no stars I would, this so called company is a complete rip off , they take your £50 then tell you they can?t fix the problem with your device, I think this bad practice of taking a non refundable fee ought to stop, I would not recommend them.

Just been to buy a 24? iMac computer but unfortunately they did not have the upgrade I wanted nevertheless they were extremely helpful to my many questions would definitely recommend

Absolutely appalling service.My MacBook Pro still has at least 13 months left to run on its 3 year warranty, as it was purchased in March 2020.It recently developed a screen fault, which I have looked into and is common with the 2019 MacBook Pros. This should be covered by the warranty.But no, they are trying to charge me an additional £700+ for a new screen!!A £1500 MacBook Pro lasting less than 2 years. Is this acceptable?I have spent £1000s over the years on Apple products. Probably just out of sheer brand loyalty.It will not be happening again.Awful. Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
