Staff usually are brilliant , not sure if they have new staff or if the Sunday staff are just lazy. One week I went in and the lady had a take away hot drink and packet of crisps on the counter .Today Carly didn?t demonstrate any customer service skills, on her phone as I walked in , no hello? doesn?t hurt to acknowledge paying customers. You are being paid to do a job, do it properly ! She could not be bothered at all.

I had a bad story with the members of this store I will never go back to them they tried to find any excuse to not return the product even though I had the receipt and it was not opened

everything you need to look beautiful. the staff are super helpful and if they have not got it in stock they will order it for you. got some really dood xmas treats for my girlie friends in there.well worth a browse if you are passing
