Called in today at 2.15, 2 baskets full . Waited and waited at checkout for 1 to open , eventually a member of staff came , asking what till he was going !! Sorry mate they do t open them on a Sunday you will have to go to self checkout ,never !!!! Dropping the baskets to walk out in amazement , , went to Tesco?s instead ,, UNBELIEVABLE. SAINSBURYS

It is along time since I?ve been in this store and used to toilets while I was there, it was filthy the toilet seat covered in urine and it stank of urine, it didn?t look as though it had been cleaned in a long time! I looked for someone who I thought may have some authority but had to leave without complaining! Terrible!

Been coming here a long time as its my local store, Customer service is getting worse, especially from the younger staff, rude and not happy to help at all on the self tills, always chatting away and ignoring customer who need help strightaway, no smiles or kind word. Manager didnt give a care when told that some staff need to have basic manners. To elaborate, She stomped over when the machine didnt work, she placed a shirt I bought as a gift on a wet surface, then got offended when I quickly pointed it out to her, like she was doing me a favour. she doesn't deserve to be working here, very grumpy. Not all staff, but a couple who think they're too cool to help. Attitude problem.

shopping there in person is fine, just don?t order online. I ordered on uber eats and they took my order, then got a delivery person to get it, shut the shop, took my order with them and didn?t wait for the driver!! so inconsiderate, I needed that order to make my dinner, but someone didn?t wait two minutes as the person in charge of the store to make sure I got my order. so goddamn rude, I had nothing else in to make my dinner with and they took my order from me, they shouldn?t have taken my order on or accepted it if they couldn?t fill it out. I can?t complain against them on the app so I?m doing it here, not that it?ll do any good. £65 worth of food gone and my dinner for me and my family as well. horrid.

Downgraded it's getting a bit poor not good for a quick shop queues too long staff uninterested more happy huddling and chatting. fresh fruit and veg either unripe and hard or past it's best.
