Convenient shop, good selection and helpful staff, shame about the roof. There must be more holes in the roof then there is actual roof. I got dripped on walking around the shop.

Would be great but for the roof that?s been leaking for more than 3 years now, and getting worse. This cannot be hygienic.

Can?t find anyone to speak to at the store.
Today there were no ice cream products due to the freezer being broken! - AGAIN.
There were numerous plastic boxes around the floor of the store collecting water from the leaking roof AGAIN.
The store is becoming increasingly SHABBY.
The staff are fed up of fielding complaints.
The whole shopping experience has deteriorated in the last 2 years.
This is a very busy store at the heart of the community, why are the management allowing this to continue?

This is on behalf of a family member who has sight problems, he shops here frequently and finds it very hard when staff are filling shelves/trolleys left in the way/wet floors etc and not being able to access products because of this. Please would you make your staff more aware of this problem

This Sainsbury's is very good at what it does. A great selection for a smaller store. Convenient for collecting Argos and eBay. The staff add to the store, always friendly and efficient, suggests a team atmosphere is nurtured.
