Told me I can't have my prescription delivered due to my age despite people younger having it delivered, explained my situation and how I struggle to leave the house and that's why I'm on said medication, basically told me tough and If I want it I've to come pick it up myself.

worst pharmacy that i have ever been to the so called manager wouldn't give me my prescription because she thought the dr over prescribed me. A pharmacist job is to dispense whatever the qualified dr has issued it is not her place to decide what medication i am entitled to and now i am banned from going there avoid like the plague the manager is cruellla!!!! ridiculous!

A new manager is going to bring this pharmacy down. The guy have no people skill. He wont listen and to top it all I told him that he had made a mistake on the delivery. He told me to check the doctor over this mistake. They confirmed that a mistake was made.He told me to come to the shop and he would prove I was wrong. However I told him I am bedbound, his reply "thats my my problem.My family won't use shaws fartown again.He had been awkward with the surgery staff and with friends who went their.Remember the customer comes first.
