Amazing staff working on the day I came for my prints, one page of a booklet hadn?t printed despite showing in the pdf and we worked together to figure out why.
It was like my printing was as important to them as it was to me. Thanks soooo much to staff members Abi and Waqar for all your hard work that day. Your efforts were really and truely appreciated. Ryman should be proud to have you both on the team.

Absolutely disgraceful, a overweight woman with bent teeth started giving me crap because I didn't pack my parcel up properly and told me they would help me this one time. and started going on about I'm wrong when the customer should be right, all I asked was for a plastic wallet to stick the shipping label on the front as people don't just have this stuff lying around yet she's complaining about doing her job as a delivery/returns dhl drop off point person. They have all the tools and stuff to help people with parcels yet they will tell you to go away and pack it up yourself. Absolutely rude and I'd avoid this drop off unless your parcel is perfect. They can't even help you out of sheer kindness, they have to be rude about it and convinced another customer to side with her appeals. Rude never returning.....

They?ve got a ?one off? printing fee aswell as normal printing charge but you have to pay the ?one off? fee each time you visit the shop ?

Total rip off!!!! £2.85 for one A4 Black & white print.
Ridiculous prices and staff didn?t even mention how much before payment was done.
Avoid for prints.

Emma and Tracey were AMAZING! I had so much printing to do and they just did it with no bother and were so helpful when they would see I was really stressed! Thank you ladies! ?

Staff are supportive and open to help. I strongly recommend this place. I think that it's not necessary to pay £2.50 plus the actual print money just to print.

I went there today morning for print some documents and the old lady there was very rudeI just ask her that is there any student discount and he said without student card we can?t and i said its okThen i start arranging my documents and he still saying again and again with a rude behaviour that I don?t do discountI literally don?t go again to Ryman stationary again
