What can I say, Rude, arrogant, ignorant and unhelpful staff. They love to ignore you while you're stood at the counter, don't expect to be served for at least 15 minutes. Until they've finished chatting between themselves.Very unpleasant atmosphere , service has degraded year by year, my advice - change pharmacy

So unbelievably rude. Came in with my baby and was waiting for a while not even acknowledged. In the end I had to say to them excuse me please could you take my prescription form and their answer 'oh yeah' didn't even look at me. They didn't even have it anyway! Whilst I was waiting people were walking out due to the shocking service. Absolutely shocking customer service - wouldn't hurt to acknowledge your customers or even crack a smile! Avoid here at all costs!!

Tried to ring most of today to see if my prescription is ready, onebody picks up the Phone ?? 5 rings to get an answer machine on which you cannot leave a message !!!! This is a chemist you can't contact telephonically. It's Pathetic !!

Oh my goodness this pharmacy is getting from appalling to diabolical, just wasted my lunch hour queuing to then be told the pharmacist is not available to dispense, come back after 2.30pm, some of us have to work!! If you can't dispense why are you even open!!!@@??

Not a patient but actually worked here today. Credit to most of the staff for working hard in a busy branch, but can I say Rachel the dispenser is one of the rudest, most ill-mannered, snappy individuals I've ever met.Constantly muttering under her breath about colleagues and patients which was incredibly unprofessional. Not even said thanks or goodbye at the end of the day. I don't know what's in the cigs she smokes but it seems to eliminate any respect, courtesy or basic human decency.If you don't like dealing with patients or colleagues, there's plenty of jobs out there. God help the people having to work with such a sour and toxic individual on a daily basis !

Came in today to get a prescription but service was extremely slowwaited over 35 minutes.Staff members discussing getting future Botox and veneers.In my opinion their personal lives are more important to them than their customers and it?s a disgrace!Please improve!

Rowlands pharmacy Almondbury give these guys a bad name! Doc sent a prescription here for me however not been before and I usually stay away from almondburys experience! However lovely lady who answered and allowed me to pickup within 5 mins as I was passing! Will deffo use again thank you!

Everytime there's a problem they never answer the phone and will say a problem with the phone line AGAIN.ive been waiting to take my morning medication it's now 1500hrs .they've not been delivered and suprise surprise I can't contact them

Worst service ever, very rude and unhelpful, been there almost 10 times and every time the service just getting worse, the staff just fed up from there jobs and they are giving hard time to customers.

This chemist has the most rude and ill mannered staff I have ever come across. People say thank you to them for staying open through COVID, but really they were only doing the job they get paid for. Seriously they need to go to charm shcool .

Visited today and there were 6 people behind the counter but waited for 10 minutes and no-one came to the counter even though there were 3 other people waiting. Eventually came my turn, handed over my owing slip that I have had for a week only to be told to come back tomorrow as they have no stock. Thanks for nothing, sort your terrible pharmacy out. I won't be back tomorrow. I've now thrown the slip away.
