Bad service is one thing. Getting home and realising your medication is a year and a half out of date is medical negligence! If you pick up medication from this pharmacy make sure it is in date. How does this even happen; do you not stock check/audit/dispose?

I phoned up last night at 7:30pm to see when they are closing. They said 9pm. I then got a taxi down there at 8pm n they were closed. This is the 4th time it's happened. So unreliable and unprofessional. Cnuts. They need new staff who actually care about their customers.

£3.99 for a small box of own brand cold and flu tablets! £1 in B&M. Won't stop here again.In addition, I have tried the number below and they are unable to take my call at the moment.

I've never had to get medication before on a regular basis so I have nothing to compare this pharmacy to. I think they all must have a fear of answering the phone. They have never failed to have my meds ready. They have never been rude. They always look busy even if I'm the only one in there. I've seen on every occasion I've been in, someone being rude to the staff. Read these reviews with some reservation and some salt.

I really don't know what all these bad reviews are about; I've never had to wait for long; the prescriptions are always prepared on time and the staff are extremely polite and welcoming - especially the pharmacist who always greets me with a smile.Reading these reviews makes me wonder if it's the customers with issues of rudeness and impatience.Also, most reviews fail to use correct spellings, grammar and punctuation. This speaks volumes!! For example, when someone writes 'my husbands', how many husbands do they have!!?? Not to mention the reviews that have 10 line sentences with no full stops. This did make me chuckle though!!Thanks for taking the time to read my review too!! ;)

Worst Pharmacy in Huddersfield now, I have never seen such a rude and unprofessional staff ever, extremely unhelpful.It used to be good, but since the staff has changed, new staff, including the new manager this pharmacy is a total disaster make every customer feel very uncomfortable when go there.Everyone who lives in Almondbury area or collect their prescription from this pharmacy complained and extremely unhappy with whom new staff including the manager deal and treat customers.I would say 50% of this area has already requested to change to collect their prescription from elsewhere.If they continue to treat or deal with customers the way they do now, then within the new few months no one will go to that pharmacy.They don't care about their customers and treat them with disrespect.I would say avoid, avoid and avoid while you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would.This has been my pharmacy for over 50 years.Never had a problem when Philip was there, all the staff new their customers and I was a nice expernce to visit the shop.Being isolated over the past 2 years Nick has been delivering our prescriptions, he's always friendly an assett to the shop.The new manager is a total waste of space and hasn't a clue about customer care.During last week, being unsure if my husbands meds were going to be delivered as it was the Tues after Easter I tried to ring to ask,,,, 2 hours later after constantly trying, either engaged or knowone answering I decided to go down from Farnley Tyas not knowing if they were even open,Picked up his meds, plenty staff about.i even checked it was the correct phone number.3 days later when hubby checked there was 1 box of 2 missing so on the phone I went again, same old no answering. So went down, yet again must have been 6 staff, 2 customers in shop, I asked about the missing box and on checking was told they owed me one, but how was I supposed to know that, he got me my owed box and I stood to one side and rang their number,,,,, well surprise surprise it wasn't ringing, the manager had made the desition to turn off the ringer, we think knowone is answering but in fact it's turned off.This is appauling, I'm able and could go to sort it but what if I was old or disabled and no car and just needed to speak to them.I will from now on be changing to Lepton as my nominated chemist, I will be complaining to her head office, this must have been going on for months and I thought they were too busy to answer, just goes to show doesn't it.I'm only sorry that I will miss Nick doing our delivery...
