Went in today 26/9/2023, soon as I walked in lady on the till and another assistant started watching me, I wanted a purse and I am a regular customer, they shouldn?t judge who walks in the store, left feeling totally uncomfortable. Won?t be back and I have worked in retail a long time

Rubbish, overpriced,not welcoming,young kids working there,some customer service training is definitely needed,and their stock is overpriced and so last year,won't be going there very soon,

Not busy so experience wasn't stressful and easy to circulate around the store. I had to just remind a customer that I wasn't comfortable with her standing close. Apart from that I was happy with my purchase...just hope I can wear them soon.
