Sold me a deal telling me I'd get 100GB of data. I noticed the contract said 50GB and I questioned it. I was told the additional 50GB was a promotional offer and would appear on my app. So I believed the sales person and signed up. My app only displayed 50GB. I went back into the shop and questioned it again. I was told it would change to 100GB. It never did. Now I'm tied in until November 2026 with only 50GB.

I had a problem with my new phone. Found the staff very helpful and though the phone was faulty they went above and beyond to try and rectify this before a replacement ultimately required.

I recently visited this store and was very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this store to others.

The worst service you can probably get they want to do anything but help you to makesure you paying that bit extra every month you will get alot of adding and price increases please read this and go for anyone but O2 check TRUST PILOT

Just bought a new phone (from Amazon) and needed help setting it up and transferring my apps/data etc.
I'm only on 'pay as you go' with O2, so hardly a major customer, but the help I got from Bill was exemplary. Thank you so much.
