Its like a maze, no order to the stock its like a market, difficult to find the payment desk, staff don't know how to communicate. I went to pay for 2 small items but needed a carrier bag because it was raining, "we haven't got any carriers left" the assistant said. Store great toilets an issue only two choices one marked disabled / baby changing and one labelled female. Asked the assistant and told they where the only toilets get the label changed on the door. !!!
